All educators and administrators, students of education faculties, academicians and education associations in Turkic Republics and European countries who work in both public and private schools from pre-school to the end of secondary education and who want to make useful projects related to education can become members of the eBilig Education Network. For this, they need to pre-register to the eBilig Education Network. Then, they must complete the registration process by clicking on the link sent to the e-mail address provided during pre-registration. During registration, they will be asked to enter detailed and real personal information and institutional information.
For institution registration, registration will be created with the official e-mail address of the school, NGO or university. The created record will be examined and approved by the provincial coordinator. The membership of the personnel working in the institutions whose approval process has been completed will be completed with the approval of the provincial and district coordinators.
eBilig has established partnerships with various institutions within the scope of cooperation with universities and non-governmental organisations. Ankara Başkent University, Çankırı Karatekin University, Istanbul Sebahattin Zaim University, Istanbul Maltepe University, MEF University, Southern Connecticute State University, TOBB ETÜ University of Economics and Technology, Aydın Adnan Menderes University and Dokuz Eylül University are among the universities with which cooperation was established. NGO collaborations include Baku Education Consultancy, Edirne Governorship, Kayseri Hacılar District Governorship, Barida Polyphonic Women's Choir, Kütahya Wimbledon Language Academy and Private Şafak Health Group. These wide and diverse collaborations contribute to eBilig's goal of expanding cultural and educational exchange.
